We are a group of students from IFAHS that have created a class that revolves around learning the real life aspects of running a small business. Cadet Kitchen is a class designed to combine the culinary arts with the business world in a school atmosphere. Our goals for this class include: customer satisfaction, advertising, marketing, budgeting/finances, meeting health regulations, and producing a quality product for our customers. With the renovation of our foods room into a Culinary Arts format, by working as a team we will achieve our goals.
